The  Joshua Ifezulike family of the Eze Ekpunobi clan, Umuezu, Umuanuka, Otolo Nnewi, in Nnewi North Local Government Area of Anambra State, has announced the passing of their beloved patriarch, Mr. Dave Chidolue Ifezulike.

He died on April 30, 2025, after a brief illness. He was 78.

A distinguished industrialist and corporate leader, Mr. Ifezulike served as Chairman of Nestlé Nigeria Plc and also held the position of Chairman at Cutix Plc, renowned Nnewi-based manufacturer of high-quality cables.

An alumnus of the University of Manchester, England, where he studied Engineering, Mr. Ifezulike also attended the prestigious Government College, Umuahia, Abia State. Until his passing, he served as a director with the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International (FGBMFI), Nigeria.

He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, nephews, nieces, cousins, in-laws, and a wide circle of family and friends.

According to the family, funeral arrangements are as follows: a Service of Songs will be held in his honour at Our Saviour Anglican Church, Onikan, Lagos Island, on Wednesday, June 4, 2025.

A wake will follow on Wednesday, June 11  at his residence, 147 Anuka Road, Umuezu, Umuanuka, Otolo Nnewi while the funeral service and interment will take place on Thursday, June 12.
