Gareth Southgate, England’s manager has stated that bringing the team to its first major tournament final on foreign territory is his best achievement as a coach.
Ollie Watkins scored a 90th-minute winner as the Three Lions rallied to upset the Netherlands 2-1 on Wednesday night.
Southgate’s men will meet Spain in the final on Sunday in Berlin.

When asked where he thought the victory over the Dutch stood in his eight-year career, Southgate told ITV: “Yeah, I believe it has to be the best.
“It’s another landmark, but the way that we played as well, we played so well throughout the game.”
