Manchester legend Wayne Rooney feels Manchester City will have a psychological edge over Arsenal as both teams lock horns for the Premier League title.
City and the Gunners meet in a decisive moment on Sunday at the Etihad Stadium, and Rooney pointed out that Pep Guardiola’s familiarity with winning titles gives him the upper hand.
According to Rooney, Guardiola and his players are better equipped to stay calm under pressure compared to Arsenal’s squad.

“They will be able to stay a little calmer than the Arsenal players,” said Rooney on his The Wayne Rooney Show.
“They will be worried because when you go on a run and lose a few games, you start thinking ‘Where’s the next goal, the next win going to come from?’
“That negative mindset really has an impact on your performance,” Rooney said.
Speaking further, Rooney added that even a draw could be valuable for Arsenal, but harped on Arteta’s side adopting a disciplined and resilient approach.
