Michael Carrick has been named Manchester United’s temporary manager until the end of the season, with the club set to make a formal announcement soon.
Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano revealed that an agreement was made on Monday and has now been formalised, including provisions for Carrick’s backroom personnel.

Carrick, a former United midfielder and coach, returns to Old Trafford at a critical point as the club seeks to stabilise its campaign and push for a strong finish this season.
