Hull City defeated Middlesbrough 1-0 in the Championship play-off final on Saturday, securing promotion to the Premier League.
They become the first team since Blackpool to finish sixth in the regular season and still improve.
Oli McBurnie scored the game-winning goal in the 94th minute, capitalising on a goalkeeper error.

Hull City will join Coventry City and Ipswich Town in the Premier League next season.
