Manchester United legend Gary Neville has called on Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso to replace goalkeeper Robert Sanchez.
Neville criticised the Spain international for making too many mistakes, warning that his errors could hurt Chelsea’s chances in the Premier League.
The former England defender made the comments while speaking on Sky Sports after Chelsea secured a 3-2 victory over Fulham in Monday’s Premier League clash.

According to him, Alonso should consider signing Aston Villa goalkeeper Emi Martinez if he is available in this summer’s transfer window.
“Robert Sanchez does undermine Chelsea’s position. He makes a lot of errors, and that just can’t happen.
“It will undermine everything Chelsea do. It’s a problem for Chelsea, and I don’t think they need someone like that if Emi Martinez is available,” Neville said.
