The Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers (NICE) has announced the postponement of the Construction Expo Africa 2024, earlier scheduled to hold between Tuesday, March 19, and Thursday, March 21, 2024.

A statement by the national chairman, V.C Ezugu, said the event has been rescheduled to hold between July 23 and 25 at the same venue in Lagos.

He noted that the event, which was being organised in conjunction with CED publishers, could no longer be held as earlier scheduled due to circumstances beyond the control of the professional body.

The statement read: “Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers regrets to announce the postponement of the Construction Expo Africa (CEA) 2024, being organised by the institution, in conjunction with the CED publishers, which was earlier scheduled to hold between March 19 and 21, 2024. The event will no longer take place at the designated periods due to circumstances beyond our control.

“The event has, however, been rescheduled to hold between July 23 and 25, 2024, at the same venue, Landmark Event Centre, Victoria Island.

“Any inconvenience arising from this postponement to our numerous stakeholders and participants, are highly regretted.
