For the publisher of ElegantFlix, Florence Okonkwo aka Queen of Red Carpet, the magazine would showcase talents and cultural heritage of Nigerians.

Speaking during the magazine launch in London recently, the prolific Nollywood producer said the monthly publication was birthed to be an embodiment of information about the who is who in politics, education, media, film, music, fashion, sports and entertainment.

“The importance of this magazine is to bring exposure to the talent and rich cultural heritage of Nigerians and the country. The art and beauty of Nigerians would, be showcased to a larger audience, to inform, entertain and educate without barrier of age, tribe, race and ethnicity,” she said.

Okonkwo added that ElegantFlix magazine would also tackle issues of fake news as reports would be vetted by professionals before publication. She, however, noted that the magazine would be available for all age groups to learn and enjoy.

ElegantFlix is a magazine so unique in its presentation, and dominated with high resolution photographs, celebrating people, places and the beauty of Nigerians.” she said.

Okonkwo further commended Prof. Pauline Long, High Chief Richmond MacGrey, Bimbo Roberts Folayan and Ejezie Emeka Rollas for their support as ElegantFlix magazine brand ambassadors.
