“As we are all aware, we have six federal constituencies in Ekiti. But the issue in Ekiti North One, which comprises Oye and Ikole, is going to be handled by the National Working Committee of the party.
“There were pockets of crisis in some of the voting centres there yesterday and the process was not completed. As a result of that, I will not be announcing any results for Oye and Ikole Federal Constituency.
“There is no window for Oye and Ikole in the timetable given to us. It is the National Working Committee that can decide what to do, whether they will send another committee to come and conclude the job or they will send us back.
“Tomorrow is for the Senate. We will not want to overstep our bounds by doing what we are not allowed to do.
“But that is not part of our instruction. So the people of Oye and Ikole should await what the National Working Committee of the party will say,” he concluded.
