Operatives of the Ibadan Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested 34 suspected internet fraudsters in Ekiti.
Head, Media and Publicity, EFCC, Dele Oyewale, confirmed the development on Thursday.
According to him, the suspected fraudsters were arrested at Iworoko and Ijado areas of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, following credible intelligence about their suspected fraudulent activities.

“Items recovered from them include eleven exotic cars, laptops, several mobile phones, incriminating documents, among others.
“They will be charged to court when investigations are concluded,” he added.
