The Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the public book presentation of Brutally Frank, an enthralling autobiography by the eminent Ijaw leader and fearless statesman, Chief Edwin Clark, OFR, CON, is inviting the public to the event slated for Tuesday November 21, 2023, at the MUSON Centre, Onikan, Lagos, at 10 am.

A release signed by Professor Hope Eghagha, Chairman, Local Organising Committee and Amb. Godknows Boladei Igali, National Coordinator, said the governors of Lagos, Ogun and Oyo States would be special hosts, while the legendary Professor Wole Soyinka would serve as the Special Guest of Honour.
Other dignitaries include His Royal Majesty, Oba Riliwan Akiolu (CFR), the Royal Father of the Day; Pa Ayo Adebanjo, the Father of the Day, and Senator Anthony Adefuye as the Chairman of the occasion.
A panel of discussants, including Professors Odion Akhaine, Abigail Ogwezzy-Ndisika and Edward Agbai, will dissect the book, to be moderated by Professor Hope Eghagha.
“This is a rare opportunity to honour and celebrate the life and achievements of a truly remarkable Nigerian leader, a man who has dedicated his life to serving our great nation,” said Professor Eghagha.
He added: “It promises to be an unforgettable day filled with insightful storytelling, cultural richness, and the wisdom of a true statesman.”
