The event, scheduled for July 25, 2025, at Eke Aja Hall, will feature a range of healthcare services, including blood sugar and blood pressure checks and cervical cancer screening.

Other healthcare services are routine dental and eye examinations, deworming, distribution of drugs and interventional items, as well as nutritional talks and community health sensitization.

The organizers said the outreach aims to improve access to healthcare for residents of Uburu and nearby communities while also raising awareness about preventive health practices.

The national president of Adu Youths Forum / Cooperative,  Hon. Odii Ene Ogbonnaya, said the group recognized the essence of good health hence it is embarking on the project.

Odii said: “It is said that health is wealth. A healthy man is a wealthy man. In celebration of the birthday of our mentor, father and illustrious son of the country, we decided to offer health and social support to our people for free. So, we encourage our people to come out to be screened and treated.

“There are other activities going on to celebrate a man among men, including football competition. The minister has given us so much and we have to appreciate him for his good deeds.”
