The popular aphorism that a gold fish has no hiding place has been proved right as Dr. Betta Edu, pioneer Director General of the Cross River State Primary Healthcare Development Agency, has just been elected to the position of National Vice Chairman of the forum of Chief Executive Officers of all Primary Healthcare Agencies/boards in Nigeria.
Dr. Edu who was participating at the first 2019 quarterly review meeting of all primary healthcare agencies Executive Secretaries held at Nasarawa, won other of her colleague to clinch the position of the national vice chairman. In her acceptance speech, she said in a humble tone, that she was very grateful to God for making her victorious in the just concluded election. Speaking further, the Cross River State Primary Healthcare Development Agency Boss said, with this victory, she’s poised to work harder and ensure all innovative ideas that could revitalize the primary healthcare sector in Nigeria is brought to bear.
