Famous A&R and Public Relations Expert, Diamond Sheva has been nominated for the 2023 SHE Africa Awards in Retail Founder of the Year category in 2023.

Sheva was nominated for her exceptional role in leading sustainable businesses in Africa through music marketing and promotion that have helped many upcoming artists and her clients to achieve extraordinary success in the entertainment industry.

The nominee is the Founder of DIMA Empire Africa, a conglomerate of DIMA Encomium Nigeria Limited famous in premier music marketing, promotion agency and specialized in public relations, branding, and strategic music promotion across Africa continent.

Prior to her nomination, Sheva also held an award for best A&R in the AHUZA Golden Awards in Zimbabwe 2021. She was also nominated for Best Licensing Manager of the Millennium in 2022, a global nomination from the Savage Awards United Kingdom.

SHE award is an annual non-monetary business awards ceremony for women entrepreneurs in Africa launched in 2021, that seeks to grow numbers of socially and economically empowered women entrepreneurs who run women-owned/women-led sustainable businesses in Africa.

“It was conceived to serve the strategic objectives of recognizing, rewarding and retaining high-quality creative entrepreneurship, innovation, research and development resulting in sustainable women-led SMEs,” the organiser further stated on its website.
