As demand for high-end residential and commercial spaces grows, developers are increasingly adopting the design-build model, which combines architectural planning, construction and interior finishing under a single management structure.

Justcore Realty Construction and Interiors, a Lagos-based construction and real estate firm, said it was expanding its operations in the luxury construction and interior design sector to cater for residential, commercial and corporate projects.

The firm noted that the approach allows clients to work with one project manager throughout the development process instead of coordinating multiple contractors and consultants.

Its portfolio includes luxury apartments, private residences, corporate offices and commercial developments across different parts of the country.

Chief Executive Officer of Justcore Realty Construction and Interiors, Obiajunwa Justine Chinonso, said the firm was investing in modern construction techniques, design solutions and skilled professionals to meet industry standards.

“Our objective goes beyond constructing buildings. We are creating environments where people can live, work and thrive. Every project represents a commitment to durability and attention to detail,” he said.

He added that the firm planned to continue expanding its portfolio of completed projects.

Industry analysts have observed a growing preference for design-build firms that provide construction, real estate development and interior design services under one structure, as property owners seek streamlined project management and reduced coordination challenges.

Justcore Realty Construction and Interiors said its projects are designed with an emphasis on durability, functionality and contemporary design, while maintaining focus on project management, quality materials and delivery timelines.

The firm also disclosed plans to expand its activities in the real estate and construction sector as demand for premium residential and commercial spaces continues to increase.
