A property development company, Topjandhomes, said it has introduced new approach that avail Nigerians opportunity to own property with minimal stress.
It added that the initiative also simplified the process of buying and selling of distressed property, as well as building new homes in large numbers.
Founder of the company, Kolade Junaid, in a statement, on Thursday, added that the company was also working on initiatives that would bridge the gap for people who are already property owners, but seeking to demolish and build more befitting structure for higher value and comfort.
He said the property firm basically deals with used properties where a property owner wants to sell a structure already on ground, by helping in marketing such property thus becoming the bridge between the buyer and the seller.
“Additionally, we provide site managers to those living outside the country but seek to own property. This is to eliminate growing practice where family members swindle their loved ones abroad by inflating project cost or end up not carrying out the project.”
He, however, confirmed that Nigerians in diaspora are comfortable with the plans, hence they are indicating interest by subscribing to the packages being provided by the company.
Junaid said the property development company which was established in 2015 has undergone series of transformation to meet the very dynamic needs of clients.
