Glasgow Rangers striker, Cyril Dessers, has revealed the reason behind his new form with the Scottish giant, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
The Nigerian International arrived at the Ibrox Stadium this summer but he has found it difficult to settle down in the team.
While speaking on his recent performance, Dessers credited the newly appointed coach Philip Clement for his rich veins of form.
“ Definitely but I think the turnaround came already with the new gaffer arriving, my performances are getting better with every game and this gives us more energy to keep going.
“We have dropped points but we are focused on ourselves, not things we can’t control and we just want to keep working. Whenever the gaffer wants me, I have to be ready and provide what I can give to the team,” he said.
Dessers has scored five goals in 13 league appearances this season, plus one each in the league cup, Champions League preliminaries and the Europa League.
