Police in Delta State have launched a manhunt for a man alleged to be the principal suspect in the murder of Justice Ifeoma Okogwo, a retired judge, found dead in her Asaba apartment with her hands, legs, and mouth bound.
Delta State Police Public Relations Officer SP Bright Edafe, in a statement on Sunday, revealed that on November 24, the DPO ‘A’ Division Asaba received a complaint from the late judge’s brother, who discovered her lifeless body in the sitting room.
Upon receiving the report, the DPO led officers to the residence where the corpse was evacuated to the mortuary for autopsy.
