Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru and service chiefs led by Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), Gen Christopher Musa, have arrived Maiduguri, Borno State to visit military troops.
The minister arrived at about 10:20am for the first joint visit with service chiefs to the troops in the battlefields of the military iowration against terror groups; Boko Haram and Islamic State in West Africa Province (ISWAP).
The minister is scheduled to address troops of the Operation Hadin Kai, the counter-terrorism military operation in the northeast.
