History was made on Tuesday the 9th of September, 2025 at the just Concluded Centenary Anniversary Celebration of the Cherubim and Seraphim Church Worldwide, a celebration of a Significant Milestone of a hundred years of Divine mandate, Faithfulness and Grace upon the Church.
The Joint Centenary Celebration of the C&S Church was indeed a great gathering having thousands of Seraphs all over the world,converging at one of the Most Famous Historic landmark in Nigeria; Tafawa Balawa Square, Victoria Island, Lagos.
It is indeed a remarkable achievement to commemorate a century since the founding of the church by Saint Moses Orimolade Tunolase on September 9th,1925 in Lagos, Nigeria.
The Momentous Occasion of the Church’s Centenary Anniversary Celebration aroused several activities to honor the past, present and build for the future of the Church.
The New Seraph Evangelical Ministries Led by Her Grace Dr. Oluwaseye Yomi-Sholoye JP, came out in their numbers with beautiful designed garments showcasing uniformity to celebrate this great achievement.
Thanksgiving parade of The New Seraph was a grand entry in style as it transformed the atmosphere giving it a colourful parade which had Horses beautifully decorated Leading the parade with Army of Salvation on their Ceremonial Outfit in sections.
Melodious songs from the brass band and their outfit was the highlight of the celebration leaving many to dance away their sorrows and honouring the God of St. Moses Orimolade Tunolase.
The First Bible reading which was read by Her Grace, Iya Aladura General Dr. O Yomi Sholoye JP, Founder of The New Seraph was taken from the book of Isaiah chapter 61 vs 1- 11
It’s worthy of note that Dr. Yomi-Sholoye recently bagged the Centenary Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Church’s Development at the Centenary Gala/Award Night held on Saturday, 6th September, 2025.
This recognition didn’t come as a surprise as it was a testament to her tireless efforts in promoting the C&S church’s values and mission.
Her leadership has inspired a new generation of Christians, and her commitment to serving humanity is evident in her philanthropic efforts.
A Born Seraph with a Legacy.
Iya Aladura General Yomi-Sholoye’s roots in the C&S church runs deep. Her father, the late Baba Aladura Sunday Peter Akinjogunla – Founder, the then New Mission C&S Church; now (Faith Mission Church) was a renowned Seraph Cleric, while her mother, Her Eminence Dr. Prophetess Marian Adeleye Akinjogunla JP – Founder/President Faith Mission C&S Church W/W is currently an Iya Aladura and Member of the Ecclesiastical Council of C&S Unification Church of Nigeria.
This legacies has undoubtedly shaped Iya Aladura General, Oluwaseye Yomi-Sholoye’s spiritual journey and commitment to serving humanity.

Royal Fathers including The Owa Ale of Ikare Akoko, Oba Adeleke Adefemi Adegbite ll, Baba Aladuras, Her Grace ,Iya Aladura Dr.O Yomi Sholoye JP Founder, The New Seraph.
Also in attendance were His Excellency, Gov. Adeleke Ademola; Executive Governor of Osun State,
Her Eminence Prophetess Dr. Marian Adeleye-Akinjogunla JP (Founder/President, Faith Mission C&S Church w/w), Sir Shina Peters, Government Officials, Dignitaries, and many others.
Attaining 100years is a profound testimony of Gods enduring grace, mercy and faithfulness.
