CPLAN International School, Victory Estate, Iba, Lagos, has sent forth its 2026 graduands. The colourful event took place at the school premises.
Addressing the gradudans, chairman of the occasion and Assistant Politics/ Copy Editor of the Sun Newspaper, Chidiebere Onyemaizu, urged them to be good ambassadors of the school, noting that CPLAN has consistently produced prodigies. He commended the management and staff of the school for their professionalism, dedication, commitment dexterity and diligence.
According to him, “it takes patience, unwavering commitment, professionalism, dedication and fear of God to nurture and groom these prodigies I’m seeing here today. I commend the CPLAN management, especially, the teachers for their finesse in moulding these young ones. CPLAN is synonymous with quality and excellence and I urge the management to keep the flag flying even higher.”
Earlier in her remarks, the proprietress of CPLAN, Mrs. Chika Nwakobi, reaffirmed the school’s uncompromising commitment to standard, nothing that it would remain its watchword.
She expressed delight at the outstanding academic performance of the graduands and assured that CPLAN would neither lower the quality of what it imparts on the pupils nor the goal it has set for itself.

“I’m happy seeing these beautiful and innocent minds. Today is our happiest day and we have every reason to thank God. We thank God that the children started well and finished well. CPLAN is a moulding grand for champions; we will never low our quality, we will not also lower the goal we have set. Our goal is to see CPLAN emerge the best private school in Nigeria in all ramifications”, Nwakobi stressed.
On her part, CPLAN’s Director of Studies/ Headmistress, Mrs. Nkiruka Eucharia Okonkwo, congratulated the graduating pupils, saying CPLAN cherished their hard work and dedication. She wished them success in the next phase of their academic journey.
The graduation ceremony featured different side attractions including cultural dance, dancing competition, drama, Bible quiz, chorography, debate among others, with parents, guardians and other guests thrilled by captivating performances.
Pelumi Mustapha, Ibrahim Abdullahi, Helena Abioye and Somto Eze- who spoke to Daily Sun, commended their teachers, parents and guardians for their support, sacrifices, guidance, love and patience, promising to continue to uphold CPLAN’s ideals.
One of the teachers, Wealth Obi, expressed delight at being “part of the success story and excellence CPLAN represents and for being part of the team that shaped these young champions.”
