A renowned cleric and founder of Christ Apostolic Church, Grace of Mercy Prayer Mountain Worldwide, Prophet Sam Alo, has encouraged Nigerians, particularly Muslims, to remain steadfast in their faith, avoid sin, and maintain hope for a better Nigeria.
Speaking during a sermon in Canada, Prophet Alo called on Nigerians to pray for President Bola Tinubu, South West Governors, and Governor Biodun Oyebanji. He expressed optimism that Nigeria would experience progress under Tinubu’s leadership.
As Muslims worldwide mark this year’s Eid-el-Fitr, which signifies the end of Ramadan fasting, Prophet Alo urged them to extend love and kindness to people of all faiths through acts of charity, especially towards the less privileged.
He encouraged Muslims to continue the good deeds practiced during Ramadan, including praying five times daily and embodying the lessons learned throughout the holy month.
Additionally, the cleric congratulated Muslim faithful across the country on the successful completion of the 30-day fast. In a statement issued by his Personal Assistant, Hon. Deji Ogunbusuyi, Prophet Alo emphasized the importance of sustaining the spirituality and discipline observed during Ramadan throughout the year.
He urged Muslims to apply the teachings of Ramadan in their daily lives and encouraged all Nigerians, regardless of religion, to live in love, peace, and harmony. He stressed that Ramadan is a period of sacrifice and discipline, highlighting the necessity of caring for the needy beyond the festive season.
Prophet Alo also emphasized the importance of prayers for the nation, stating that divine intervention is crucial for achieving peace and prosperity in Nigeria. He commended Nigerian Muslims for their dedication to national unity and called on adherents of all religions to support the government in fostering peace and stability—essential elements for sustainable development and shared prosperity.
“On behalf of Adamimogo Worldwide, I congratulate the Muslim Ummah on the Eid-el-Fitr celebration and pray that Almighty Allah will accept our prayers, grant our heart’s desires, and bless us with many more celebrations,” he concluded.
