…As RECALP annual summit reveals speakers for 9th edition

As part of its mandate to empower youths and raise independent skilled youths, Lagos-based church, Redeem Christian Church of God, Province 19, has unveiled plans to empower youths through a platform RECALP to address issues bothering young persons and align with plausible steps to attain their life goals on issues of relationship, entrepreneurship, career, leadership and politics, as well as empower emerging entrepreneurs.
“Unemployment in Nigeria has reached unprecedented heights, with the country’s 33.3 per cent making it one of the highest in the world, religious institutions have begun taking it upon themselves to mitigate the biting rate of joblessness.
The organisers of the annual summit effort is to equip the new generation of leaders and stimulate attendees, mostly young persons, laying emphasizes on the importance of Relationship, Entrepreneurship, Career, leadership, and politics (RECALP) in youth empowerment have announced the speakers for the 9th edition in Lagos.
This event, is organized by the Young Adults and Youth Affairs of the RCCG Lagos Province 19, reputed to be one of the big convergence of youths in Nigeria mainly Generation Z and millennial.
Convener of the initiative, Femi Aminu stated that the city of Lagos is agog for another powerful youth convergence and empowerment program as the much-anticipated RECALP 2023 Summit slated to hold on June 12, 2023 at the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Lagos Province 19 auditorium in Ogudu, Lagos.
Aminu said this year’s edition is a greater convergence of youths who will be nurtured and guided to greater achievements with the theme “A New Dawn”.
Speakers expected at the event include the CEO and founder of Hazon Holdings Mr. Victor Gbenga Afolabi; the President of The Relationship Building Block Organization, Mrs. Adetutu Osofowora; TPL Toyin Ayinde, a former commissioner for Physical planning and urban development with Lagos state government; the Chairman/CEO of Transerve Disc Technologies Ltd,Pastor Cyprian Orakpo who is the host (Provincial Pastor of Lagos Province 19) and will also speak on Entrepreneurship
Commenting on the program, the Chairman for RECALP 2023, Seyi Aderibigbe said that over the years, RECALP Summit has recorded tremendous progress and growth in geometric proportions. Aderibigbe said that as part of the strategy to deepen the reach of the event, RECALP 2023 would be telecast live on Youtube and other social media platforms.
RECALP Summit commenced in 2014 as an annual youth program and has since become the flagship program of the Young Adults and Youth Affairs of the RCCG Lagos Province 19.
RECALP 2023 Summit offers great opportunities through empowerment, networking and exhibition for emerging and aspiring entrepreneurs, an improvement and deeper inclusion as this is the 9th edition.
