Labour Party stalwart in Abia State and astute businessman, Hon Chief Iheanyichukwu Ugochukwu, popularly known as Hon Prince Ugo, has congratulated Hon Paul Emmanuel Irechi on his appointment as a Principal Protocols Officer to the Executive Governor of Abia State.
