Chelsea value Pedro Neto at nearly £100m amid reported interest from Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal.
It is a reflection of the high fees across the transfer market, including the £117m Chelsea paid to Aston Villa for Morgan Rogers and the £145m asking price from Paris St-Germain for winger Bradley Barcola.
He has featured prominently in pre-season since returning from his post-World Cup break. He started all five matches for Portugal as they exited the tournament in the last-16, managing no goals and one assist.
Chelsea’s valuation of Neto has been influenced by the inflated winger market elsewhere in the European transfer market this summer. He has been linked with Saudi Pro League outfit Al Hilal, and also with Manchester City and Tottenham earlier this summer.

Chelsea is yet to receive a formal bid for the player this summer. Reports last month that Tottenham had enquired about Neto’s availability were disputed by sources close to both clubs.
Xabi Alonso trialled Neto in a new role as they closed out their pre-season campaign with victory over Real Sociedad, using the player as a right wing-back in a back-three system. It remains to be seen whether that could become a permanent role for the player this season.
Neto joined Chelsea from Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2024, moving for £54m and signing a seven-year contract. He has since made 103 appearances for the club, tallying 19 goals and 19 assists.
