Super Eagles coach, Eric Chelle is expected to submit his report on the 2026 World Cup Playoffs in Morocco to the NFF.
Nigeria’s World Cup hopes were dashed after they lost 4-3 on penalties to DR Congo in a final Playoffs tie in Rabat, Morocco, after both teams failed to score even after extra time.
Deliberations on the report will form part of the agenda when the NFF technical committee meets in Abuja soon.

Chelle is also expected at this meeting, which will also discuss the country’s preparations for next month’s AFCON in Morocco.
Nigeria is drawn in a first round group that also has Tunisia, Tanzania and Uganda.
