Charterhouse Lagos has built a new boarding house.  The unveiling coincide with the school’s first anniversary since it launched its primary section in September 2024.

“This journey has been incredible. Our vision was to deliver the best of British education in Lagos, and today’s opening of the boarding house proves how much we’ve achieved together. We’re not just creating a school — we’re building a home where students feel safe, inspired, and ready to excel,” Director of Education, John Todd said.

Head of Secondary, Mark Healy expressed his pride, saying: “I am thrilled to bring my experience from Doha to Lagos. We’re committed to providing a first-class education and nurturing environment where students can flourish socially and academically.”

Parents and pupils were then treated to guided tours of the facilities, including state-of-the-art classrooms, a fully stocked library and specialised science labs.

The day closed with a community barbecue, where families bonded over food and shared aspirations.
