Sudan coach Kwesi Appiah has remarked that Nigeria is not a poor squad; it simply needs better coaching.
Appiah revealed this on Tuesday after his team defeated the Super Eagles B squad 4-0 in the current African Nations Championship (CHAN).
Leonard Ngenge (OG), Walieldin Khedr (1), and Abdel Raouf (2) scored the goals. The result has seen Eric Chelle’s team crash out of the competition.

Appiah has now said he expected his team to win, but not by a four-goal margin.
“The Nigerian team is not bad,” Appiah told reporters.
“They just need better coaching. I wasn’t expecting that scoreline. I knew we could beat Nigeria, but not [4-0].”
