Marcus Rashford, a Barcelona forward, has matched the club’s Lionel Messi’s astounding feat in the UEFA Champions League after scoring twice against Newcastle United.
Rashford scored twice to help Barcelona defeat Newcastle 2-1 at St. James’ Park on Thursday night.
Rashford had six shots, ten touches inside the Newcastle box, five dribbles, and six possessions.
However, according to Opta, no Barcelona player has managed to achieve Rashford’s incredible stats from the Newcastle game since Messi in 2015.
