Victor Osimhen, Galatasaray’s striker, has stated that the squad must maintain its excellent performance level in the Champions League.
Osimhen was speaking after scoring his first hat-trick in the league on Wednesday night.
The 26-year-old scored all three goals in the second half in 20 minutes.
The Super Eagles talisman headed in his first in the 59th minute before converting spot kicks in the 66th and 78th minutes.

“We have a goal. We know what we want, and we know the magnitude of performance you need in the Champions League,” Osimhen told Galatasaray TV.
“We want to match up with the elite. It won’t be easy, but we’ll go step by step. We have the individual quality to do damage to every team.”
Osimhen is now top of the scoring charts, having found the back of the net against Liverpool (once) and Bodo/Glimt (brace).
Galatasaray is currently in ninth place with nine points after four fixtures.
