Champions League: Osimhen leads top scorers’ chart after Match Day 4

Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen is presently the Champions League’s leading scorer.

Osimhen scored a hat trick as the Turkish champions defeated Ajax 3-0 on Wednesday night.

The 26-year-old started the scoring with a header off Leroy Sane’s assist before completing two more goals.

The goals bring his total to six, one more than Manchester City’s Erling Haaland.

Pep Guardiola’s men triumphed 4-1 against Borussia Dortmund, with Haaland scoring twice.

Bayern Munich striker, Harry Kane and Real Madrid’s Kylian Mbappe are also on five goals.

6 goals – Victor Osimhen (Galatasaray)

5 goals – Kylian Mbappe (Real Madrid), Harry Kane (Bayern Munich), Erling Haaland (Manchester City)

4 goals – Marcus Rashford (Barcelona), Anthony Gordon (Newcastle), Lautaro Martinez (Inter Milan).
