Champions League: It’s always nightmare playing against Guardiola’s team – Ancelotti

Real Madrid boss, Carlo Ancelotti has admitted that facing Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City team is always a nightmare.

Ancelotti spoke at his pre-match press conference ahead of Real Madrid’s Champions League playoffs first leg tie with Man City on Tuesday night at Etihad Stadium.

According to him, Guardiola always tried to use new tactics and innovations in football.

“It’s always a nightmare when you play against Pep Guardiola’s teams,” Ancelotti said.

“Pep has always tried to use new tactics and innovations in football.

“I respect him a lot, he’s one of the best if not the best”.
