Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has stated that his players must be willing to give everything to reach the Champions League final.
On Wednesday, the Gunners head to Paris Saint-Germain for the second leg of their semi-final, hoping to overcome a 1-0 lead and go to the Champions League final for only the second time in club history.
Arteta spoke with ESPN about his excitement for the match at Parc des Princes.
“Excitement, goosebumps, wanting the day to arrive, [the feeling] of being very prepared, very convinced and knowing that the opportunity is to play in a Champions [League] final,” he said.
“And when you get to that point, you have to give your life for it.”
Arsenal will be boosted by the return of midfielder Thomas Partey, who missed the first leg due to suspension.
