With a black and red themed celebration, members of National Association of Catholic Lawyers (NACL) FESTAC, Lagos marked the organization’s the 20th anniversary of rendering legal services and community advocacy.
The event highlighted the association’s years of commitment to providing legal support to indigent members of the Catholic society and the wider public.
Keynote speaker, Mr Tobenna Erojokwe, urged members to stay grounded in the association’s motto and live up to it at all times.
Vice chairman of NACL, Barrister Ifeyinwa Uzokwe, in her address expressed gratitude to God and commended the achievement of the association.
While the association celebrates two decades of hard work and service, the evening also underscored its belief that faith should guide people towards justice. According to the NACL Chairman, Barrister David Anakor, “the essence of life is justice and even God is Justice.”
