Casava Microinsurance eyes market dominance, appoints new CCO

CASAVA Microinsurance Limited has appointed Aluor Agusah as its new Chief Commercial Officer and is expected to cultivate new grounds.

 

As a full digital insurance company, Agusah, who brings over two decades of work experience in the insurance in- dustry, will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability. He will also manage and oversee the sales teams, broker relations, and partnerships to ensure sustained revenue growth.

 

Until his appointment, Agusah was the Chief Market- ing Officer at Alliance and General Insurance Plc in Lagos, where he provided marketing and sales leadership to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Previously, he served as the Abuja Branch Manager at Royal Ex- change General Insurance Company Limited and Business Development Manager at Old Mutual Nigeria. “I am thrilled to welcome Aluor Agusah as our new Chief
