The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has disclosed that the printing of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME) results for admission purposes is expected to commence before the weekend.
The development came days after the Board released the results of the 2026 UTME mop-up examination conducted for candidates who were unable to participate in their earlier examinations due to technical challenges and other approved reasons.

JAMB said the result-printing exercise is a crucial step in the admission process, as candidates are required to present their official UTME result slips during screening and admission procedures into tertiary institutions across the country.
It advised candidates to monitor its official communication channels for updates on the commencement of the printing process and other admission-related activities.
The Board said it has continued preparations for the 2026 admission exercise, with the release of mop-up results and the planned commencement of result printing expected to pave the way for the next phase of admissions into universities, polytechnics and colleges of education nationwide. JAMB asked candidates to access and print their result slips through JAMB’s designated platforms once the process officially begins.
