Canada summit: Organisers sign pact with airline

The Leadership and Governance Canada Inc has signed a pact with Ethiopian Airline for the air lifting of participants for the upcoming Canada-Nigeria Business & Investment Summit (CNBIS).
The summit is scheduled to hold in Toronto, Canada from October 11 to 15, 2022.
Organised by Leadership and Governance Canada Inc and MineAfrica in collaboration with Nigeria High Commission Ottawa, the summit is billed to attract over 500 delegates over 200 investors.
The bi-annual event which is second in the series, is to feature six sectors of Nigerian economy including agriculture, infrastructure, health care, power and alternative energy, solid mining, aviation and ICT/education.
Organisers said the summit planned as a three-day world-class business and investment networking and information sharing event, will focus on the reality of investing in Nigeria, the blue economy with presentations and panel discussions on the misconceptions, challenges and opportunities of investing in Nigeria and Canada.
With the signing of the agreement, Ethiopian Airline is the official carrier and partner for the 2022 CNBIS.
Leadership and Governance Canada Inc. and MineAfrica therefore expressed delight at the pact reached with the airline to be the major carrier of delegates from Nigeria and other African countries to Canada for the summit.
