World Harvest Bible College & Seminary, Calabar, has graduated over 100 pastors and ministry leaders in its Class of 2026.
The graduands were drawn from Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor of Arts in Theology and Postgraduate programmes.
Provost, Rev. Dr. Daniel Ukene, said they were examined and found worthy in both learning and character.
Ukene listed four major strides recorded in the 2025/2026 session to include establishment of a Directorate of Academic Planning for quality assurance and accreditation, securing government approval for a campus health facility, and significant increase in staff strength.
Most significantly, he disclosed that the college has secured approval from its affiliate institution, University of Calabar, UNICAL, for additional diploma programmes.
“These achievements are indicators of our steady growth towards becoming a centre of excellence in theological education,” he said.
He charged the graduands to remain faithful to the Word, to character and to the mission, noting that Nigeria needs faithful shepherds, not just eloquent preachers.
Guest speaker, Pastor Joseph Okoro, urged them to live out their faith beyond the pulpit, as they minister in a society faced with economic hardship and changing values.
Speaking on behalf of the class, Mrs. Kathryn Godswill Emmanuel described the training as a call to transform lives.
