Former Abia State Governor, His Excellency Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has joined other Nigerians to congratulate Ademola Lookman, the newly honoured CAF Player of the Year.
True to expectations, the Super Eagles and Atalanta forward on Monday became the sixth Nigerian to win the award, replacing his compatriot, Victor Osimhen, who won it last year.

In a Facebook post, Senator Kalu congratulated Ademola Lookman for making Nigeria and Nigerians proud.
“This victory has made Nigeria win the CAF Footballer of the Year back-to-back.
“We are very proud of you and I join your esteemed fans, the NFF and soccer lovers all over the world to celebrate you,” Senator Kalu said.
