In a powerful testament to courage, resilience, and impact, Dr. Bukola Jaiyeola has been unveiled as one of the nominees for The Future Awards Africa (TFAA) Prize for Entrepreneurship 2025, under the theme “Threads of Legacy.”
For over a decade, Dr. Jaiyeola has built an inspiring portfolio of ventures, each rooted in her deep belief that faith, focus, and perseverance can transform ordinary beginnings into extraordinary impact. Reflecting on her journey, she shared,
“Thirteen years ago, in 2012, I launched my very first business, BJ Phantastic Events. I didn’t have all the know-how, the equipment, or even a team that year. But I had something greater—focus, resilience, and hope for the future.”
What began as a single step of faith has grown into a legacy of influence across multiple sectors. Today, she leads Next Big Deal Hub, The Bukola Jaiyeola Initiative, and TBJ Books, among others—each organization carrying a piece of her dream and a testament of growth, grit, and grace.
Despite the challenges and uncertainties that often accompany entrepreneurship, Dr. Jaiyeola’s story continues to echo a central theme: unwavering courage. “All my life, I have done it afraid,” she affirmed.
