President Muhammadu Buhari has condoled with former President of the Senate, Adolphus Wabara, on the death of his wife, Felicia.

According to a statement by Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, the president noted that Mrs Wabara, who passed on April 10, aged 69, after a protracted illness, was a devoted wife, committed mother, and a devout Christian.

The president urged the former Senate President, children, grandchildren and family members left by the departed to take solace in the quality of life she led.

‘Naturally, it would be painful, but I pray that God will give you the fortitude to bear the loss,’ President Buhari says.

A native of Ogwa, Esan West local government area of Edo State, but born in Kafanchan, Kaduna State, the President prayed that God accepts the soul of Mrs Wabara and comforts all those who mourn her.
