For excelling in the 2022 Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge AS Level examinations, Mmesomachukwu Okonkwo of Chrisland High School and Oluwabukolami Adeyemi of Chrisland Pre-Degree College, Lagos have been honoured with the British Council Outstanding Cambridge Learner’s awards.
The students were the cynosure of all eyes at the event held in Lagos and witnessed by top officials of the British Council, parents and guests.
Having scored the highest mark in English as second Language (Speaking Endorsement) in IGSCE, Mmesomachukwu received ‘Top in the World’ award while Oluwabukolami, who scored the highest mark in the world, in the Cambridge International AS Level Law, got ‘Top in the World’ award as well as High Achievement award for Cambridge AS Level Psychology.
The Cambridge examinations are conducted in more than 145 countries worldwide.
