The British American Open University of California, USA, in partnership with the British American Institute for Governance, Leadership and Business (BAIGLAB UK), has conferred an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Management on Dr. Sam Sule, recognizing his exemplary contributions to leadership, governance, and national development.
The prestigious award was officially presented on August 2, 2025, in a ceremony celebrating visionary individuals who have made enduring impacts in their fields. Dr. Sule was also inducted as a Doctoral Fellow of the British American Institute for Governance, Leadership and Business (BAIGLAB UK), an elite designation reserved for distinguished professionals demonstrating sustained excellence in leadership and service.
Speaking at the ceremony, Prof. Walter Parish Terry, Vice Chancellor of the British American Open University of California, stated that the honorary doctorate was awarded following a rigorous vetting process by the university’s Senate and Council.
