The British American Open University of California, USA, in partnership with the British American Institute for Governance, Leadership and Business (BAIGLAB UK), has conferred an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Management on Dr. Sam Sule, recognizing his exemplary contributions to leadership, governance, and national development.
