The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal has ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), to make available all the materials that were used for the February 23 presidential election for inspection.
The Justice Abdul Aboki led three-man panel, however, turn down the request by the applicants to bring experts to carry out forensic analysis of the materials, saying the request was outside the scope of Section 151 of the Electoral Act.
