The Federal Government on Friday arraigned Faisal, the son of the embattled chairman of the Pension Reforms Task Team, Abdulrasheed Maina, before a Federal High Court in Abuja.
Faisal, who allegedly threatened operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) with a gun during his father’s arrest, is facing a three-count charge of receiving proceeds of illegal businesses.
He pleaded not guilty.
