BREAKING: EFCC detains former SGF, Babachir Lawal

A former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, Alhaji Babachir Lawal, has been arrested and detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Wednesday, January 24, 2018.

His arrest and detention could be trace to the alleged N22 million fraud he committed while in office. EFCC sources confirmed his arrest on Wednesday night.
