Breaking: ECOWAS lifts sanctions against Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso.

Says the decision is based on humanitarian considerations especially because of the month of Lent and the approaching month of Ramadan.

Also lifts sanctions against Republic of Guinea-Bissau.

To invite all four countries to a meeting.
