German club side Bayern Munich are the champions of Europe for the sixth time.

They achieved the feat with a lone goal victory over hard-fighting Paris St-Germain of France in Lisbon, Portugal.

Predatory Kingsley Coman scored the all-important goal with a fierce header in the 59th minutes.
