BREAKING: 12 missing as cargo ships collide in China

No fewer than12 are reported missing after two cargo ships collided at the mouth of the Pearl River, south #China’s Guangdong Province, early Monday morning.

One vessel sank following the accident, authorities say. Search and rescue operation currently underway. (cgtn)
