Braniz & Lloyds Aviation, a leading aviation services provider, has signed a strategic partnership agreement with two European aviation companies to expand Aviation Trainings and Technical Services across Africa.
The agreement was formalized between Braniz & Lloyds Aviation, M & M Aerojob SRL (Romania), and Plane Care Academy (Bulgaria). Under this collaboration, Braniz & Lloyds Aviation will serve as the official representative of the two companies in Africa, strengthening aviation training and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) capabilities on the continent.
Speaking after the signing ceremony in Sofia, Bulgaria, Brienze Lawrence, CEO of Braniz & Lloyds Aviation, emphasized that the partnership aligns with the company’s commitment to bridging the skills gap and enhancing aviation services across Africa.
“We are thrilled about this partnership, which fosters a deeper collaboration between Africa and Europe,” she stated. “Beyond delivering world-class aviation training, this agreement guarantees job placements for our trainees, reinforcing our vision for modern and safe aviation industry.”
Lawrence highlighted the credibility and expertise of M & M Aerojob SRL and Plane Care Academy, both renowned for their work with leading airlines and MROs ensuring the highest safety and operational standards.
“This is a significant milestone for us. Not only will we provide top-tier aviation training across Africa, but we will also serve as a direct link between the companies in Africa and rest of the world.” she added.
A Strong Focus on Job Creation & MRO Expansion
One of the key advantages of this agreement is the job placement program. Through the partnership, Braniz & Lloyds Aviation will actively support its trainees in securing employment opportunities in the country beyond, helping address a major challenge in the African aviation sector.
“Aviation professionals in Africa often struggle with employment opportunities. With this agreement, trainees who meet the necessary criteria will have direct access to the local and international job placements,” Lawrence affirmed.
Additionally, the partnership will enhance MRO services across Africa, providing airlines, flying schools, and aviation businesses with expert support for more efficient and reliable maintenance operations.
